The zoned baffles, consisting of a combination of micro and nano baffles, increase warmth in key areas without adding bulk. Additional features include an adjustable helmet-compatible hood with stiffened peak, stretch panel cuffs, drawcord adjustable hem, YKK zippers, one chest pocket, and two hand pockets.

The Rab Women’s Infinity Microlight Jacket offers the same lightweight warmth and compact packability as the original Microlight Down Jacket. However, this updated version features a GORE-TEX INFINIUM shell for added windproof and water-resistant protection, while remaining highly breathable for increased comfort during climbing, backcountry touring, or hiking in windy, slightly wet conditions. It effectively blocks brisk breezes and repels raindrops and snowflakes. The 700-fill down insulation is treated with hydrophobic treatment to maintain its lofty warmth even when wet, and the micro and nano baffles ensure even warmth distribution over time. Additionally, Rab has used recycled down to minimize environmental impact. The hood is designed to accommodate climbing helmets, with a stiffened peak that stays out of sight and overhead.
